How to fill Division Allocation Form of CGL 2022 PA SA

After Circle Allocation Result of PA SA, Department of Post will ask for Division Allocation Preference. So here is complete guide How to fill Division Allocation. I have taken Pics of SSC CHSL for demonstration Purpose, because process of both are similar

How to Fill Division Allocation

Step 1: Access the Division Allocation Link

Go to the link for division allocation: Click Here

Step 2: Access Division Allocation Section

Follow these steps:

1. Click on "Select Exam" and then choose "CGL 2022".

2. Click on "Division Allocation".
3. Login with the same ID and Password that you used during circle allocation.

Filling Division Allocation:

Step 3: Choose Cadre and Add Preference

You will see the window like Image given below on your laptop.

1. Select the cadre you want from the three options (CoRo, PAPO(PA), SA), as shown in the image given below.

2. Click on "Add Cadre Preference".
3. Choose division preferences within the selected cadre, as shown in the image given below.

4. Note: You cannot change the cadre until you have filled all division preferences within that cadre.

Step 4: Repeat for Other Cadre Preferences

After adding all division preferences within the chosen cadre:

1. You can choose your 2nd Cadre preference and repeat the same process.
2. Then proceed with the 3rd Cadre Preference.

Step 5: Review and Confirm Preferences

After filling preferences for all 3 cadres:

Step 6: Submit Your Preferences

Finally, click on "Submit Preference".

Following these steps will complete the division allocation process. Make sure to carefully select your cadre preferences and division preferences within each cadre before submitting your choices.
