Scrutiny Process
-
Candidates' documents are received by the SSC Regional Offices and are then scrutinized by the respective department for which the post belongs.
-
After the scrutiny, the respective department provides the scrutiny results to the SSC Regional Offices.
-
SSC Regional Offices upload the scrutiny results on their website and invite candidates to submit representations if necessary.
-
Representations submitted by candidates are processed by SSC Regional Offices to address any concerns or discrepancies.
-
SSC forwards the representations to the respective department for further evaluation.
-
Finally, SSC publishes the Provisionally Accepted and Rejected List of Candidates, as provided by the User Department, on their website.
-
Based on the provisionally accepted and rejected lists published on the SSC Regional Office websites, the User Department proceeds to conduct document verification and furnish a detailed report to the concerned Reporting Office for further processing.
