Scrutiny Process

  1. Candidates' documents are received by the SSC Regional Offices and are then scrutinized by the respective department for which the post belongs.

  2. After the scrutiny, the respective department provides the scrutiny results to the SSC Regional Offices.

  3. SSC Regional Offices upload the scrutiny results on their website and invite candidates to submit representations if necessary.

  4. Representations submitted by candidates are processed by SSC Regional Offices to address any concerns or discrepancies.

  5. SSC forwards the representations to the respective department for further evaluation.

  6. Finally, SSC publishes the Provisionally Accepted and Rejected List of Candidates, as provided by the User Department, on their website.

  7. Based on the provisionally accepted and rejected lists published on the SSC Regional Office websites, the User Department proceeds to conduct document verification and furnish a detailed report to the concerned Reporting Office for further processing.
